PDA "Navigating Chaos 3.0"

The professional development workshop "Navigating Chaos" will take place from July 9 to July 17, 2026.

What is the program?

Working with young people today often means navigating uncertainty - changing needs , emotional challenges, complex group dynamics , and constant decision-making.

Navigating Chaos is a professional development training designed to help youth workers – and people who work with people – stay grounded, resilient, and resourceful when things feel overwhelming.

What skills do you develop?

During this immersive learning experience, participants explore tools that strengthen:

WHAT WE DO TO ACHIEVE OUR GOALS

Our method:

We use experiential learning, because it sticks deeper and goes beyond theory. This includes immersive simulations, working together in pairs or groups, overcoming challenges, reflecting on your experiences, various communication and coaching tools, embodiment and self-regulation techniques, role-playing, performance, and artistic expressions.

Instead of only talking about theory, you will experience the tools, reflect on them, and learn how to apply them in your own work with young people.

Testimonials

Navigating Chaos was a deep and intense experience. If you expect to stay at the surface level, you might want to choose other opportunities. If you're ready to dive deep into the raw emotional undercurrent that oftentimes guides your decisions in life, then this is the project to attend
Fred Olaio, Portugal
It was a transformative experience for me, helping me steer my life in the direction, that I needed it to go in. It also provided me with the opportunity to learn and develop skills and techniques to assist people in their time of need.
Kaloyan Ivanov, Bulgaria
The only Erasmus+ project I've been to which wasn't a waste of EU money
Przemysław Śmigiel, Poland
