PDA "Navigating Chaos"
The Navigating Chaos professional development activity will take place from May 29 to June 5 in Lozen, Bulgaria.
What is the program?
Navigating Chaos is a training through which youth workers will learn to recognize and develop their adaptive, decision-making and resilience skillsto create meaningful and transformative learning environments not only for themselves, but for the community they work with.
With this project, we want to support youth workers by focusing on their well-being and personal development. We know that their work requires them to adapt quickly, find solutions and develop healthy relationships. And sometimes what we need in a chaotic situation is a way, a method, a tool to help us navigate and get back on track.
WHAT WE DO TO ACHIEVE OUR GOALS
During the training participants will experience and learn:
- Participants will experience the tools and practices first hand so they can adapt and transfer them to their practice
- Embodiment
- Coaching
- Basic synergy
- Methods for self-reflection and inner work
