Internship program under the project "Social Innovators"

For second year in a row, Bfree is organizing training practices for young people who want to get to know the non-governmental sector. So far, the program has involved five young people who are exploring what it means to be a project manager and communicator in the context of the NGO sector.

What does it mean to be a project manager and communicator in the context of the non-governmental sector

How are projects written?

How to present your cause in a way that engages the audience?

How are projects reported?

What are the most appropriate channels to reach the audience?

These are just some of the questions that young people will find answer's to practicing, working on an Erasmus project, conducting a national survey, organizing online events and a host of other interesting things. After all, it is an internship in an NGO and the people we work for in the NGO are mega-multi-tasking.

The training practices, part of the SOCIAL INNOVATORS Program in Bulgaria, are implemented within the Social Innovators project, funded by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through the European Economic Area (EEA) Youth Employment Fund and the Norwegian Financial Mechanism.
