TC "The Forest Within Us"
Bfree is pleased to partner in Asociación Cervantear's "The Forest Within Us" project, a training that will take place between 15th and 21st October 2024 in Tenerife, Canary Islands (Spain)
What is the training?
The training is designed for youth workers and youth leaders who wish to establish an effective dialogue between the concepts of culture and nature, integrating both in their daily work with young people.
The training is based on the idea that culture cannot exist without the inspiration provided by nature.
WHAT you get
What does the training provide?
- Through outdoor education, participation in creative activities (literary, artistic, theatrical) and non-formal education methods, participants will have the opportunity to:
- ● Explore the benefits of creative and outdoor activities in the nature of Tenerife;
- ● Learn new tools and methodologies for working with young people;
- ● Design and develop prototypes of activities inspired by culture and nature;
- ● Plan actions to share what they have learned in their local communities;
- ● Create new networks for future youth cooperation.
