What is “Elements of chaos”?

Elements of Chaos is a youth exchange that fosters personal growth and resilience through a unique combination of coaching, mentoring, natural elements, and cooperative experiences. The project aims to empower youth with valuable life skills, build a strong sense of community and instill a deep connection to nature, promoting a holistic approach to personal and collective development.

Elements of Chaos is developed and implemented with the financial support of Erasmus+.

Thanks to this support, we are able to provide free access in the current edition to residents of Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania, Portugal and Greece (5 spots per country). And no matter where you’re joining us from in the world, the program is open to you too,please check the conditions for your region below.

Our method:

We use experiential learning, because it sticks deeper and goes beyond theory. This includes working together in pairs or groups, brainstorming, reflecting in your experiences, story-telling, role-playing, performing, team-building, and artistic expressions.

Arrival & Departure

Elements of Chaos lasts for 7 days, and you’re expected to participate in the whole duration of the program.

As we’re guests in the accommodation we kindly ask you to plan your trip according to the official arrival and departure times. This means we can NOT host you any nights before or after the program.

! Important: If you’re eligible Erasmus+ participant DO NOT buy tickets, until you receive confirmation from our team.

You are welcome at the accommodation from 9th November after 15:00. The program starts on the 9th of November at 20:00 in the training room. The program ends on the 15th of November, at 10:00. The accommodation is available until 11:00 am.

More detailed timing (regarding meals) will be sent to confirmed participants.

Participation fee

€450 - general participation fee
€350 for people residing in Spain, Italy, Croatia, Cyprus, Malta, Slovenia, Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, Lithuania and Estonia, non-EU countries.

As an organization, we have a mission to support personal and professional development of young people from Bulgaria and abroad, as well as to encourage their civic activity.

Bfree invests its resources to support people’s personal development and also helps cover the costs of these trainings. That’s why the participation fee is kept so low. We also understand, however, that even this amount may still feel significant for some participants, that’s why we would like to make personal development accessible by offering the following discounts:

FREE for people eligible for Erasmus+ grants for this edition (November 2025): Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania, Greece and Portugal

To reserve your place in the training you’ll be offered 2 possibilities after registration:

Pay a deposit of 125 euros
Pay the full amount of the participation fee

Note: The participation fee covers the cost of the training, accommodation and meals during the whole duration of the program. YOU HAVE TO COVER YOUR TRAVEL COSTS IF YOU’RE NOT ELIGIBLE AS ERASMUS+ PARTICIPANT. CHECK HERE WHO’S ELIGIBLE.
