PDA "Navigating Chaos 4.0"

Training for youth workers, educators, and facilitators who want to maintain balance in uncertain times

14–22 November 2026

What is the program?

Working with young people today can be extremely meaningful, and sometimes extremely challenging.

“Navigating Chaos” is a 9-day international training program that brings together professionals working with young people to strengthen their resilience, leadership skills, and ability to cope with challenges through practical tools, reflection, and meaningful relationships.

What skills do you develop?

Every participant's journey is different, but many complete the training with:

Practical Tools for Working with Youth

WHAT WE DO TO ACHIEVE OUR GOALS

Our method:

The “Navigating Chaos” program is built around the principle of experiential learning, providing participants with the opportunity to learn through active participation, reflection, and shared experiences.

The program combines interactive workshops, simulations, group challenges, peer learning, coaching and communication practices, self-regulation techniques, and creative exercises.

Instead of focusing solely on theory, participants gain hands-on experience with concepts such as resilience, leadership, communication, and well-being and explore how to apply them in their work with young people.

What our ex-participants share

What did you like most about this professional development activity (PDA)?

“The balance between theory and practice, between individual and group activities, as well as the sense of security throughout the entire program"

“I really enjoyed the deep, personal conversations and the opportunity to hear different perspectives from the other participants. Exploring ourselves and our emotions through the concept of the four elements (water, fire, earth, air) was incredibly impactful. The coaching sessions and learning about the Galan Method were also among the most important moments for me.”
“I realized that the chaos in my life has really simple solutions; I just need to find the courage to put them into practice.”
“Navigating Chaos 4.0” will take place
