Bfree is pleased to partner in Isla CreActiva's Constellation Europe project, a youth exchange that will take place between 8th and 15th May 2023 in Tenerife, Canary Islands (Spain)
What will the project achieve?
The project will bring together 27 participants from Bulgaria (5 participants), Latvia, Poland, Cyprus and Spain to learn about the cultures that make up Europe through the legends, myths and
the traditions associated with the stars.

What is the program?
This youth exchange will serve to increase knowledge, respect and links with other cultures. New links will be configured that will form new constellations of young people in Europe.Participants will reconnect with a night sky that has disappeared in our cities, sharing the traditions, myths and legends that the night hides in order to become more aware of the need to take care of nature.

WHAT WE DO TO ACHIEVE OUR GOALS
For 8 days, the 27 participants will live together in Guía de Isora and visit several places in Tenerifeto share their diverse cultural backgrounds and discover more about the nature that surrounds them. They will explore different natural landmarks on the island of Tenerife through hiking and astronomical observations. They will visit museums and discover more about the history and legends of our regions related to the night sky. They will take part in activities in nature, and work with the community to carry out environmental volunteer actions.
