PDA "Navigating Chaos 4.0"
Training for youth workers, educators, and facilitators who want to maintain balance in uncertain times
14–22 November 2026
What is the program?
Working with young people today can be extremely meaningful, and sometimes extremely challenging.
“Navigating Chaos” is a 9-day international training program that brings together professionals working with young people to strengthen their resilience, leadership skills, and ability to cope with challenges through practical tools, reflection, and meaningful relationships.
What skills do you develop?
Every participant's journey is different, but many complete the training with:
Greater confidence and resilience
Practical Tools for Working with Youth
Greater self-awareness
WHAT WE DO TO ACHIEVE OUR GOALS
Our method:
The “Navigating Chaos” program is built around the principle of experiential learning, providing participants with the opportunity to learn through active participation, reflection, and shared experiences.
The program combines interactive workshops, simulations, group challenges, peer learning, coaching and communication practices, self-regulation techniques, and creative exercises.
Instead of focusing solely on theory, participants gain hands-on experience with concepts such as resilience, leadership, communication, and well-being and explore how to apply them in their work with young people.
Apply before 25.10.2026
The feedback is very important for us
What our ex-participants share
“The balance between theory and practice, between individual and group activities, as well as the sense of security throughout the entire program"
“Navigating Chaos 4.0” will take place
between 14-22 November 2026.
A Learning Community,
More Than Just Training
- One of the things participants value most about the program is the sense of connection that develops during the program.
- People come from different countries, have different professions and backgrounds, but they quickly discover shared challenges, similar issues, and opportunities to learn from one another.
- Our goal is to create a learning environment in which participants feel secure enough to be honest, bold enough to experiment, and supported enough to grow.
- Our goal is not only to teach new tools, but also to build a community where people can learn together and pass on this knowledge to the young people and communities they serve.
